Running "better"

Late last night I played a session and the 1am 55$ tourny. Had the worst player ever at my table, but he was on the sickest heater. I folded mostly while he raised EVERY hand, and knocked people out. He was on my left which was perfect. About 40 minutes in I finally get AK and limp, and he raises 4 people call and I shove for 2500. He calls, and so does a short stack who had 1500. Donkey has AQ, short stack has TT. Flop AQx, and donkey is up to like 20k in chips... must be nice. I did win $47 on my cash session of 903 hands. There were some true donkeys playing who donated, which was nice. Because everytime I had a good hand, and good players in the pot I was getting raised and stuff. I think I made some good laydowns, and kept myself out of too much trouble when they most likely had sets. So I think I saved money in those spots and turned over a little profit.

This morning I played 1245 hands in 1.5 hours. I seemed to be running well and the tables were very loose. Had some donations, which is always nice. I finished +$147 on the session. So three profitable sessions in a row is very nice as I am on the rebound. One really crappy hand happened that cut into my profits...

Guy slowplayed his hand, its a pretty big overplay with his 3bet on the flop. I am not sure what gives him action there except for a better hand. Maybe AK doesn't get away from that flop. Sick turn, if I hold up there it would have been a really nice session. But I'll take the win and see if I can put together a nice run before the end of the month.
