Friday night I went and played a live game at Barona. 1/3 NL, 100-300 buyin. I bought in for 300 and cashed 632 so it was a nice session for only a few hours. Had a couple of sick hands, luckily one donkey hooked me up with the majority of my profits on one hand. I found myself kind of bored at a live game, I guess it's been a while and im used to 800 hands an hour now.
Friday night I also bubbled in 2 tournaments. Wasn't my night, and I think I was tired from a long week and my patience wasn't at its best.
Today I went snowboarding with a high school friend and his bro. It was alot of fun, the snow wasn't great but it was still a good time. I am very sore and tired from the long day, but it was good to get out there.
Just finished a session where I played just under 1k hands, and lost about 30$. I have a lot of small things I want to do this next week on my Spring break. As far as poker goes I think I am going to stick to online, as opposed to going to the casino to play live. It is just more convenient. My goal is to play about 3k hands a day this week, probably in two, 2hour sessions each day. Hopefully I can roll over a nice profit because there are some live tournaments I'd like to play in a few weeks, and I'll feel better about putting up the buyins if I'm on an upswing.
I will probably put in a longer post tomorrow with some thoughts I've had recently, but am too tired to do it tonight.
