Creativity... not rewarded

Just played for about an hour at home. The connection wasn't too bad. I decided to start off slow and only have 8 tables up which seemed to help. Then after a bit I moved up to 10 tables. With less tables I was able to take better notes and also thought I might try to get a little more creative with some of my plays. This turned out to be disaster. I guess my plays were a little too clever for stakes this low where most people just play their cards. I wound up -$251 for the session. Maybe it was just terrible timing, cause I thought I had good notes/reads on a few players, but when I made a move on them all the sudden they had a big hand. Needless to say, I won't be trying that again anytime soon. Back to just normal grinding.
