Downswing

Just finished a 2 hour session. about 2k hands... -$402. Started off very up and down, had some gifts from some donks, but they were countered by 2 set over sets, and 1 set that lost to a straight. Then the second half of my session had AA snapped twice by some draws, and the standard KK v AA cooler. Just kept losing pots, without winning an substantially large pots.

I am not sure what to think of this, that is 10 buyins in 2 days. One of those dreaded downswings that really suck. One thing that I am going to change, it go back to 12 tables. I have been going for 13-14 tables, which helps me get more hands per hour, but even though I don't feel like its too difficult, it can't hurt to cut back down to 12 tables. Also both of these sessions have been generally during the same time period, in the early afternoon. Maybe the tables are a little tougher at this time and I should aim for playing later in the evening. However I am not sure how much that is true, because generally I have felt like there has been good action at my tables.

Those are a few little things I'm going to try that will hopefully turn this around very quickly. Might play later tonight if I get a paper done early enough.
