Tourny Night

Pwned some guy HU earlier for $92. So that was nice. Tonight playing in tournaments a 90man sngs. Busted 4 90mans... got kinda shafted at the end of a few, but that happens. Almost made the money in the 35k, but made a move with a few limpers out with KQd in the BB. I knew nobody was super strong, 3 limpers for 500, I made it 4k more. UTG calls, flop 854, I shove for 6200, he calls with 66 and holds. Some people just play so wierd and I wonder if he still calls on a 932 board without the straight draw. My play wasn't necessary, but I thought it was a good spot to make a move. Oh well.

Playing the 50k and the 28k right now so hopefully those go well. Be back later with an update, and I might have a little cash session while these are running.

Last night sucked. I won 3 26$ tokens with my FTPs. 50k this happened... my preflop squeeze is debatable since my stack was ok and we were getting kind of close to the money, but I thought I had a good chance at success, and once the flop comes out my play is standard.

If I win that one, then I am set to make a deep run. Rest of the the night went about the same. Got pwned in the 6max KO allin on the turn, guy had alot of outs, but hit. 28k made the money, but on the bubble the button raised (2nd hand in a row) and I shoved with AT, he thinks forever and calls with QQ (seriously I think he almost folded because some people care so much about winning their buyin back). Lost about half my stack there and never recovered. Turbo Fiddy, had a good start but pwned close to the money.

Felt really crappy after all the tournaments last night. Not that I played bad, I made some moves that didn't work out, but I don't have a problem with any of them. Just seemed like after that hand in the 50k, nothing went right. Everytime I made the "correct" move, someone was always waking up with a bigger hand. Really demoralizing when you are playing fine, yet you are always allin and behind. Take the turbo fiddy... blinds 600/1200/150. I have 7k (M of about 3. Fold to me in the cutoff and I have A9, standard shove spot, especially in a turbo, button shoves behind, as does the SB. up against AJ and KK, super crushed. That's just kind of how my night went.

Got rakeback today almost $150 which always makes me feel better. Should be a good weekend, gonna try to grind NL100 a good amount, and hit up the tournaments.
