Just had my cash session to get to the Gold iron man level. Ran pretty poorly. Spent most of my time losing small pots. I would have had a small profit, but had a blind battle hand... AA v KK, I 4bet preflop, then shoved the Qxx flop, he calls, spikes the K on the river. So ended up 663 hands, -$163. Oh well... writing up the month recap later tonight...

School/Laziness
I haven't been playing much at all the last few days. I've had alot of school work, but mostly because I've been lazy and unmotivated to grind cash tables. I need one more day of 200ftps to get the next iron man level. So I will do that either today or tomorrow. I think the newly introduced superturbos have made me less patient. I need to a good cash game grinding schedule going for next month. Lately with my free time I just sit around and don't do much, maybe NBA playoffs has been consuming my time.
Might be playing a huge tournament up in LA this weekend. $335 buyin, with 400k guaranteed. I heard from a friend that they had 1800 players last year. The structure isn't that great, but I might give it a shot. I'll have a month recap in the next few days, with graphs and all that junk included.
If cash tables keep going well I'm considering taking a short shot at 1/2. Only thing is obviously I wouldn't have good stats on the players or know who the regulars are. So I would want to scout it out first (watch a bunch of tables, search everyone and mark who's playing 8+ tables). Maybe I'll do that in the next few days in the lazy time I've been wasting instead of grinding cash tables. I'm not really thinking about jumping to 1/2 fulltime, but maybe just going for a couple session shot over a couple thousand hands. Definitely cut it off if I lose like 5 buyins. I might not take the shot, but I've been considering keeping a larger bankroll online to allow for me to do this from time to time. I might just wait until I hit a big tournament cash that pushes my online bankroll up to over 6k or so.
My intramural bball team won two playoff games Monday night, so now we're in the finals. Last year we lost in the finals so this year we are going to take it down. It was also sweet revenge, because in the semis we beat the same team that we played in the finals last year. That's all for now, month recap coming soon.

Took down a little over $1300, but from 1233 chips, to pwning the final table was ridiculous. I'm not sure if I've ever ran that hot... it wasn't even fair. But this was a nice treat at the end of the month to make up for the crappy tournament month I had. I normally wouldn't have been in this tournament, but they made it a turbo because they were doing site maintenance a bit later.

Late Night Gift
So I have been running not so good. But I have also been very lazy when it comes to putting in hands on the cash tables. Lately I've been sitting down and playing 1-2 26/90s, or a surerturbo, or w/e... and that's it. I usually do it while watching basketball or something. The couple times I have gotten cash games up, I quit them after only about 30 minutes, because I take some bad beat in a tournament that gets me steaming. So things have been slow yesterday and today, had AA cracked twice in one superturbo today. That's hard to do, cause usually one bad beat in a superturbo knocks you out... but I survived... but went out right before the money. Lame cause I woulda had a nice stack if I won the AA v QJo v JJ. Flop AQx, so I'm golden, right? Until running diamonds come to give QJo the win. Oh well, that happens.
Tonight got done watching Polly make a deep run in the 6max KO. She did a great job at surviving forever on a short stack. Ran into a sick flop, and took 10th. After that I found this guy to play HU on .5/1. I could tell right away that he was super aggro. I took a pot off him early, next hand he open shoved. About 30 hands in these three hands happened... all in a row...

Let's try to run better!
Things have turned around a bit. Last night I had a break even cash session, also got pwned in some tournaments. However I did finish the night off winning a 26$token and won a 6player 1800ftp 55$ seat to some other satelite which I withdrew from for the tournament dollars. Today after class I used my 26$token on a 26/90 and made a good run. My tables were tight at the end and I was running them over picking up chips. I lost HU, which was lame, this is the 3rd one in a row I have lost once getting to HU. This guy was tight, and I just didn't win the races. Also the blinds were the biggest I've ever seen them because the tourny progressed slow (8k/16k when we finished). But second was still good because I have been in a drought in those sngs. However I would really like to start winning HU so I can take down that extra $225.
As I was playing HU I also reached the final table of the 22$ turbo (only 150 entrants). Lost half my chips on the bubble when the SB raised, and I reshoved with A6, and they called with AT. First hand at FT, I get 88, utg limps, I shove, they call AK board runs out 9TJQx and I lose. That was too bad the 800$ for first would have been nice.
Gotta do a bunch of school work and a tutoring job the rest of the night, so I might be back on for a late night session.

Need to play better...
Got punked last night in the turbo fiddy after having huge stack the whole way... didn't even cash. I'm not gonna rant about tournaments right now, but I am going to cut way back on them and probably play 1 a day, max.
Had a good session of cash games earlier. Good because I had good results, not because I played particularly great. Super coolered one guy who flopped a full house with 55, on KK5 flop, but I turned an 8 for the nutz with my K8. Hand was played slowly, but I overshoved the river ($100+ into a 25$ pot) and he called. Had a super donk who donated to me at another table. Was winning alot of nice pots, but I paid off a guy QQ v KK that I'm really upset about cause it was obvious he had it. Also tried one big bluff that didn't pan out well. So my +$258 session could have been more like 400. I can't complain too much about the results, I'm just frustrated with my play at times. Fulltilt was hooking me up today, but I didn't turn it into max profit.
Got a busy night tonight with a dinner and a playoff bball game (sprained thumb, and sore ankle... so see how that goes). Might play some stuff late tonight. Want to get in alot of cash game hands and play a bit better... see if I can get a nice heater going.

Sad Weekend
Basically Thurs-Saturday just been getting owned in tournaments. Yesterday was a brick of a day. Been having marginal success on the cash tables. Although late last night I played a session where I got a little bit pwned. Before going to bed I play some HU against a superdonk, and I had him down 50$ in 3 hands. He only had 24$ left and I was about to sit out, then I lost a race against him (A9 v KT). Then he got hot and was up as much as 60$ on me. Then I came back, and when I got back to even he left. Went and found another donk, and just ran like crap... lost $100. Played 6 HU sngs against the same guy after that, he was terrible, but coolered me a few times. He won 2 of the first 3, then I won 3 and a row and he quit. Then I decided to try some CAP NL. Got a few tables up. One table I had a 4 way allin (cap is 30$), my KK v QQ v 22 v Q9d. Of course the flop comes QJJ. Another table I pwned a donk and I think I finished out about even on the CAP NL.
Tournaments sucked yesterday, and I think I came to the conclusion that I have been playing so many tournaments, that I haven't been playing as well as I'd like. You just play so many that you don't place enough value on each one. So I am going to cut back on the tournaments, so I can focus and play better in the ones I do. Going to try to play more hand at the cash tables.
This morning I played a cash game session that went pretty crappy. However while watching the Lakers, I found some super soft 1/2 6max tables and ran really good. The first one I sat down and won a big pot where I ultimately had to suck out, but there wasn't much way for me to get away from it. UTG raised, then two people called, I put in a huge 3bet with JJ from the BB. One caller, and another guy was allin. flop T8x, I bet the utg shoves for a little bit more, so I call, and he has TT obv, But I went running 79 and took it down. Then pwned a short stack on KJx flop with KQ vs his KT. The next table I was about even, then I was playing my last hand before going to my soccer game. I raise JTh utg, the BB 3bets me, so I call to see a flop. Q9x 2 hearts, and I get it in on the flop vs AA, and it comes running T8 and I take it down. Altogether I won about $400 on the 1/2 tables, which definitely helped make up for part of the crappy weekend.
Right now I just started the 40k, which has a big turn out, so hopefully I run well, go deep, take it down, etc. Might play the 35k as well, and gonna hit up the cash games. I'll report later about results.

Tomorrow will be better
Don't really feel like posting right now. Played some cash while playing tournaments. First session was good, then 2nd session was uneventful. Overall I came out up 72$ over 1889 hands. Tournaments... I won a couple of satelites which was nice. But owned in the 50k and 28k. Stupid crap, like getting it in with the flopped flush against two pair and they hit the 4 outer. In the 50k had my AA pwned by a set somewhat deep. Was rollin the 6max KO, was really in the zone and cruised for a long time. My tables had really big stacks at them for some reason, so there wasn't much allin preflop going on. But I seemed to be outplaying everyone and running the table over. Chip leader with 50 people left. Had over 100k, then lost a 120k pot TT v A2, when the SB overshoved against my button raise. Donkey hit, and knocked me down. But I battled back. Doubled up KT v 66. Had a decent stack and this happened right when we got to 18 left... against the same guy who snapped my TT with the A2...

This guy played weird and just ran stupid hot against me. Lost the 70/30 and then then 60/40 vs him. F me, that was a huge pot and I am bound to final table if I win that, especially from how weak the rest of the players had showed themselves to be. I just can't get to the final table, this stupid crap keeps happening.
I also played the 25k and 40k, lasted no more than 5 minutes in the 40k, had K8, flop KQ8 and guy had KK, go figure. Try again tomorrow, and hopefully pwn the cash games. Today I finally felt like I played really well in the tournies, after feeling like I was doing some stupid stuff for a while. Ran bad in the 26/90s yesterday so gonna lay off those for a bit, and just play cash games while I play the big MTTs.

Complete crap..
Got destroyed today. Played eight 26/90s, and only had one KOs and no cashes. Busted the 35k (almost money), 50k, and 28k in my first session. Got punked in the 28k on a monster pot where I got it in good three ways...

That sucked big time. The only bright part of the night was at the beginning where I won two seats to the 50k on 15$ satelites. After that beat I took a break... and a walk, then came back for the 10pm tournies. Lost a race in the 50k, and QQ v AK in the 17k... with a QJT flop and I even turned a flush draw... but couldn't hit anything on the river. Sick night where I couldn't win any races, and ran into AA too many times.
Played almost 1k hands on the cash tables while playing tournaments, lost a big race in a 200$ pot (two overs and flush draw that I played fast and ended up getting it in on the flop). Finished up down only about 30$ on the cash tables for the day. Rough day where altogether I lost almost $350. Oh well, theres always the weekend... I'll just take down a few 75$ tournies and call it a good month.

Update
Last night I never updated. I got pwned in a couple of 26/90 sngs, then Jimmy and I went deep in the 6max KO. We both cashed (first time I have done that with a friend). I went out shortly after the money on a resteal gone bad then almost made the amazing comeback until JJ got pwned by A6o. Jimmy got a very disapointing 32nd place.
Tonight I played the 6max KO again, a bunch of 26/90s and the turbo fiddy. 6max I didn't make it too far even tho my table was really donkey. Turbo fiddy, I moved between 2000 and 2500 chips for the first hour. Then utg min raised to 400, I shoved the button with AT for 2100, he calls with KQ, and I lose... oh well... I ran somewhat poor tonight.
I played a total of six 26/90s tonight. Started off okay, actually was getting a good amount of KOs because it's unreal how donkey those tournaments are. Was deep in one with a big stack... about 20 left when this happened...

Unreal how bad these guys play, the J on the turn sucked... but I still coulda won the 11k sidepot. If I take down that 40k pot, then I am sitting very good for the rest of the way.
Kept going with my other stuff... not running well, running TT into JJ on 6high flops... stuff like that. Got a good stack going in my 26/90... this hand was pretty comical... shows how profitable these things are when people are doing this stuff semi deep...

A nice hold to give me a big stack. I got to the final table with the chip lead, being in pretty maniac mode. Final table took some hits early but got things going in the right direction. Had one key suckout AJ v AQ when the c/o shoved. Then just dominated until I got HU. The HU guy was a donkey who never raised preflop throughout the tourny. However HU anytime I made a postflop bet he raised me, and I was just uber card dead (dejavu from last time I was HU against a donkey), ended up losing KQh v A7c. Oh well, I don't like second, but it allowed me to salvage an otherwise lame tournament night.
Played two small cash sessions while tournaments were going on. A total of 969 hands, and a profit of $101. Was a little bit up and down... not sure how well I played, was in some odd spots where I'm not sure if I made the best laydowns. I'll take the small profit and call it a good night. I'll hit the tables tomorrow, and maybe grind alot of cash games.

Tonight I played the 6max KO again, a bunch of 26/90s and the turbo fiddy. 6max I didn't make it too far even tho my table was really donkey. Turbo fiddy, I moved between 2000 and 2500 chips for the first hour. Then utg min raised to 400, I shoved the button with AT for 2100, he calls with KQ, and I lose... oh well... I ran somewhat poor tonight.
I played a total of six 26/90s tonight. Started off okay, actually was getting a good amount of KOs because it's unreal how donkey those tournaments are. Was deep in one with a big stack... about 20 left when this happened...

Cash Grinding...
Played two cash sessions today. I feel kinda bummed over the results, although I played pretty well. During the first session, I also played the 22$ turbo, where I was cruising. About 150 players, and we were down to 3 tables. Then proceeded to lose 3 races in a row (AK to JJ, 77 to QJ, A5 to K4) to take 19th when top 15 paid. Oh well, guess I need to learn how to run better.
First cash session was 1014 hands, and I lost $90. Ran pretty crappy in general. Lost a stack when a guy played his KK super strange and I couldn't get away from JJ. Although at the same time i got AA in v AK preflop for full stack, so those evened out. But flopping top two with AQ and losing to AA sucked. Just lame session overall, oh well.
2nd session played 1372 hand and won $118. Had a pretty good start to the session, with some nice donations, but in the middle of the session things turned to crap. The allin ev doesnt reflect it, but had alot of bad turns and rivers. For instance, the c/o open limps, I raise to 4$ from the BB with KK, he calls, flop Q97 twodiamonds, I bet 7.50, he calls, turn 8, i bet 13, he calls, river brick, I check, he bets 20, I call and he shows me the 88 weeeee. Stuff like that was killin me. However I did get KK at the very end of the session and the flop was K53 rainbow, and two nits had called me. I bet the flop pretty much knowing if I got called, they had a set. One guy called, and I kept betting strong... hitting quads on the river, and guy had 33, weee for me. So kind bummed about the session overall, but that's poker, what can you do... I'll take the win for the day.
I am tutoring in about an hour, then might try to play a bit tonight... we will see.

Back to the grind
Yesterday I played a decent amount of sngs. Over the last two days I have been trying to use my 46k ftps... I have officially used all of them and this is what I have gotten...
Bought into the double deuce for 4400 ftps.
Used 26$token for 25k on Sunday
Whiffed in a 4k ftps satelite to 750k
Used several 26$ token to buy into 26$ sngs for 75$tokens... I now have three 75$ tokens
Have one 26$token left
All together, I had to put the time in to use the ton of points, but it adds up to well over the $216 tournament $ I would have gotten had they given me that, instead of 44k ftps. The value for everything I've won is $299. Now I can take some shots at some 75$ tournaments when they are juicy... like the 40k on a saturday. I think I will continue to use my ftps in this way. Play the 1800ftp sngs for the 26token, then use that for the sng to get a 75token. It will let me take some shots at bigger tournaments, without hitting my bankroll.
Yesterday I also played in three 90man sngs. Got pwned in two, but went deep in one where I quickly got up to 12k in chips. Then I cruised.. was at 30k, but lost half my chips on 99 < JJ. So coming into the final two tables I was a little below avg, but was able to stay afloat with some little steals. Had 20k when we got to 11 left, then went bubble crazy stealing with 63o and similar hands... entered the final table with over 35k. Had two knockouts and a few steals... the players at the FT were awful... but the blinds were ridiculously higher than normal. Ended up losing HU to a donk, but I was super card dead (went about 8 hands in a row without better than 8high). Was a nice $351 cash +KOs.
Today I am going to get back to the grinding. I haven't played cash games in over a week, but it's time to keep my good month going.

Donks win!
Feel pretty crappy right now. Maybe I shouldn't have played tournies today since I'm pretty tired from my trip. However, all-in-all things didn't go too bad. I donked out of the SCOOP main event in a really wierd hand.
Long story short, I made a move with QJ. A guy made a huge raise from the BB with a few limpers out (this was the 4th time in a row he had done this from his BB), flop came T9x, and of course he has the QQ and holds. That tournament was short lived, I'm a donk.. what else is new.
Played some satelites on fulltilt, plus the double deuce and the 25k. Won a few 26$ tokens, and got donked in a 750k satelite. Had a good start in the deuce, and then had a donk donate a bunch to me so I was cruising for a while. This hand happened which was just absurd...

Not sure what the moron with A4 was thinking, but I could have had a monster stack. I did come back from this AQ>AT, KK>AQ. Holding up and getting back in the game. I abused the bubble pretty good, and had a nice stack. Got up to 90k when I flopped a boat with 33, and the guy stacked off with a dead draw. Took some hits, went down to 65k, then got back on a roll.
The next hand happened against a guy who had been calling my raises and would just overshove whenever checked to him. Sick spot, no way the chips don't go in here...

That hurt, but the avg stack was about 75k, so I wasn't sitting too bad. However, I doubled up a short stack, and eventually found myself down to under 40k. Got moved tables, and 2nd hand I get 66. I have about 35k, blinds 2k/4k/500, and utg shoved for about same as me. I almost folded but as short as I was I knew I couldn't wait any longer, so I shipped it. BB has us both covered and called. UTG shows AJo, and BB shows AJo... what a great setup for my triple up...
until the board runs out AAxxJ. I don't have the hand history cause the table broke right then. But that one hurt. Dodge 4 outs for the triple up. I win that and I'm back to over 100k and the avg was 103k when I got boinked. 289th place. No luck for me.
Was still in the 25k, which had just gotten in the money, was under avg, just trying to survive. I did okay, but couldn't get anything going and got 124th... lost in the standard coinflip.

Long story short, I made a move with QJ. A guy made a huge raise from the BB with a few limpers out (this was the 4th time in a row he had done this from his BB), flop came T9x, and of course he has the QQ and holds. That tournament was short lived, I'm a donk.. what else is new.
Played some satelites on fulltilt, plus the double deuce and the 25k. Won a few 26$ tokens, and got donked in a 750k satelite. Had a good start in the deuce, and then had a donk donate a bunch to me so I was cruising for a while. This hand happened which was just absurd...

Not sure what the moron with A4 was thinking, but I could have had a monster stack. I did come back from this AQ>AT, KK>AQ. Holding up and getting back in the game. I abused the bubble pretty good, and had a nice stack. Got up to 90k when I flopped a boat with 33, and the guy stacked off with a dead draw. Took some hits, went down to 65k, then got back on a roll.
The next hand happened against a guy who had been calling my raises and would just overshove whenever checked to him. Sick spot, no way the chips don't go in here...

Bienvenidos
I am sitting in the airport in Guanajuato, Mexico. I haven't been online at all during my stay in mexico. I have been sick for the majority of the last few days which really sucks. However it was great to visit my sister and brother-in-law and see a new city. Guanajuato was a really cool city... I love latin-culture and how the pace of life is so much slower than in America. It is nice to be able to walk to anywhere you need to go and not deal with the stess/roadrage/frustration of driving everywhere like at home. The food was great (although I didnt get to eat everything I wanted because I was sick). Our airplane leaves in about 40 minutes and I will be getting into LA at 8:30 local time. I hope to be home by 11, take a nap, then watch the Masters and play some tournaments. Planning on the SCOOP main event on stars and then some on fulltilt as well... the double deuce and some other $26. I hope I am not too tired to play in these, but I'll sleep on the plane and the car ride home.

Leaving...
Yesterday night I got pwned on the cash tables. 888 hands, -$183. But don't feel too bad for me, because it snapped a 11 session win streak. The session was pretty dull, mostly just found myself unable to win the small pots. Then things got ugly when my top set lost against a back door straight. Then this hand was pretty retarded... even tho the pot wasn't that huge...

In about an hour I am leaving to go to he airport. I will spend the next 3 days in Mexico visiting my older sister and brother-in-law. My whole family is going and it should be pretty sweet. Continue to take donations...
Still running well at the cash tables. Had a sick session just now where I was up about $250 after 58 hands. Had 3 sets, and got a guy to stack off with AK against my AA. He raised, I 3bet, he 4bet and I flat called. On the 989 flop he overshoved and I pwned him. Sick start to the session.. things cooled off when I ran KK into AA. I almost got away from it, but the guy was an unknown player, so I ended up paying him off. Finished up +$168 over 1061 hands.
Now I need to get alot of school work done in the next few days. Luckily it's only a 3day week because we get a Thurs-Monday off for easter. But the next 3 days are really tough. 2 papers due, 2 presentations, and a Stats tes on wednesday.

No luck
Pooped out in all three tournaments... 34k, 568/1711... 21k KO, 651/1489, and 20k, 438/679. Never got anything going, pretty card dead in general. I'm not super happy with my patience level. Also, didn't get play on any cash tables. Maybe that was the problem, when I have cash games up, it helps me to not impatient.
Taking a break to do some HW, then will be back at 5pm or 6:30pm depending on how HW goes. Definitely going to hit up the cash tables this evening.. and planning on playing better.

Got pwned in 50k... didnt last more than 10 minutes. 28k, no luck. On fire in the 6max KO. Just finished 2nd break, and I have a big stack, hopefully I keep it going. Also pwned the cash tables earlier. Will give full update when I finish the 6max tourny.

I took the risky route and went for the tiny 3bet because I wasn't that deep, and definitely wanted action. He hit the yahtzee flop and the rest was history. I ran really really well in this tournament and definitely dealt my share of bad beats. However it was a tough day and thought I was rolling all my luck into one tournament. Unfortunately it didnt work out.
I don't feel like I played my best tournament poker this weekend, but my cash game play has been good + running well equals big profits. Played 720 hands this evening and won $243. Took some nice donations and won one big flip situation that I remember. I also won a 2500 ftp satelite to the 750k. I unregistered for the tournament and got 43,000 ftps credited to my account... ha! So I guess I'll be playing a ton of 1800 ftp sng satelites.

Great start to the day, plus funny screen shot
I have been a little bit convincted lately that I havn't been taking care of myself well enough. Too many time I start a cash game /tournament session knowing that I am not feeling my best and need food/nap/whatever. I want to start getting some form of excercise in everyday, because I think it will help with my mental stamina when I have these really long tournament sessions. Also, I simply need to make sure that I am well fed and stuff so I don't start feeling crappy and lose focus. These are simple things, but very important.
So today I knew I was going to start playing at 11am, so I got up, went for a little run, did some pushups then took a shower. It was a beautiful morning, and my body feels much better now. I was hungry so I went to the store and picked up some fruit, granola bars, and bagels (all things easy to eat while player poker). I'm 45 minutes into the 11am 34k and I have a super donkey/action table. Haven't picked up any hands, but I think I have a good shot at building a stack at this table.
I am also playing the Noon 26$ KO, and the 12:30 55$ 20k. It's about time I get some cash games going as well. I feel great today and hope for some awesome results.

So today I knew I was going to start playing at 11am, so I got up, went for a little run, did some pushups then took a shower. It was a beautiful morning, and my body feels much better now. I was hungry so I went to the store and picked up some fruit, granola bars, and bagels (all things easy to eat while player poker). I think they put this there because of me. When donks start talking trash I love looking them up and berating them because the stats don't lie. Although, I used to be a negative ROI guy, so I think I just like the ego boost since now I have a +ROI. Regardless I will probably still let the donkey hear it when they want to have the verbal sparring match.

Tonight got pwned in some tournaments. Actually didn't do that poorly overall cause I cashed in a 90 man and the 35k. Tried to get creative with some plays, not many of which worked. And deep in the 35k, basically couldn't hit a single flop, and everytime I c-bet I was getting raised... lame. Overall didn't feel like I played my best, it was a long session so in the future I am going to try and schedule my tournaments better. Just trying to avoid playing for too many hours straight, unless it takes me to a final table. Tomorrow I am going to play the 11am, 12pm, and 12:30 tournaments. If one of them goes really well then I will finish that off, and if I don't go deep in any I will have a break before the 35k/50k. I get frustrated with myself when I don't play that well deep in a tournament, so need to clean that up.

Tourny Night
Pwned some guy HU earlier for $92. So that was nice. Tonight playing in tournaments a 90man sngs. Busted 4 90mans... got kinda shafted at the end of a few, but that happens. Almost made the money in the 35k, but made a move with a few limpers out with KQd in the BB. I knew nobody was super strong, 3 limpers for 500, I made it 4k more. UTG calls, flop 854, I shove for 6200, he calls with 66 and holds. Some people just play so wierd and I wonder if he still calls on a 932 board without the straight draw. My play wasn't necessary, but I thought it was a good spot to make a move. Oh well.
Playing the 50k and the 28k right now so hopefully those go well. Be back later with an update, and I might have a little cash session while these are running.

Last night sucked. I won 3 26$ tokens with my FTPs. 50k this happened... my preflop squeeze is debatable since my stack was ok and we were getting kind of close to the money, but I thought I had a good chance at success, and once the flop comes out my play is standard.

If I win that one, then I am set to make a deep run. Rest of the the night went about the same. Got pwned in the 6max KO allin on the turn, guy had alot of outs, but hit. 28k made the money, but on the bubble the button raised (2nd hand in a row) and I shoved with AT, he thinks forever and calls with QQ (seriously I think he almost folded because some people care so much about winning their buyin back). Lost about half my stack there and never recovered. Turbo Fiddy, had a good start but pwned close to the money.
Felt really crappy after all the tournaments last night. Not that I played bad, I made some moves that didn't work out, but I don't have a problem with any of them. Just seemed like after that hand in the 50k, nothing went right. Everytime I made the "correct" move, someone was always waking up with a bigger hand. Really demoralizing when you are playing fine, yet you are always allin and behind. Take the turbo fiddy... blinds 600/1200/150. I have 7k (M of about 3. Fold to me in the cutoff and I have A9, standard shove spot, especially in a turbo, button shoves behind, as does the SB. up against AJ and KK, super crushed. That's just kind of how my night went.
Got rakeback today almost $150 which always makes me feel better. Should be a good weekend, gonna try to grind NL100 a good amount, and hit up the tournaments.

Quick sesh... quick cash
Just played a very quick 389 hand session. Rolled off a $75 profit which doesn't hurt. Got pwned on a set over set... I raise 99, 2 callers, board runs out J9662. Guy in the BB had JJ, and went check, call, check, call, check shove. Retarded way to play if you ask me, hes just praying that I bet the river, otherwise hes losing a ton of value... oh well that's his problem.
Misclicked and called a raise to 3.50 on the button with 65o. Flop A65, the raiser checks to me, I bet the pot (10), turn 7, he checks to me I bet the pot (30), he shoves for $65 and shows AJ, and I hold. I love when the misclick works out. Also 3bet with AK and a donkey calls 15$ preflop with Q9c. Flop QTx, i bet out 24, he shoves for 42, so I call and river my J. It's nice to run good. Played 1k hands over the last two night (very short sessions), but am up $361, and actually am running almost $200 over my allin EV!!! It's been a while since I've done that. I'll take the quick cash while I prepare to do some serious grinding and tournament playing this weekend.

This is how we do it...
I am going to be very busy tomorrow so I decided to get my 200 ftps right now. Just finished a quick 617 hand session at NL100. Ran very well, and had some nice donations, won a AK v QQ race allinpreflop, and even hit a few big draws. Hopefully this is a sign of very good things to come in the next month! Bottom line: +$286. Now that is an efficient session... and that's how we start off a new month!
