Why we play...

I grind alot of hands on the cash tables. I try to avoid the regulars, but even among the unknowns, most of them have some idea what they are doing. However, the great days are when the players at your table have no idea what they are doing and are just giving their money away... that is why we play. Here are 3 hands from my session today, with players who clearly have about no chance of winning money on this site. I lost one of the hands to an utg limp/call with J5o, but I don't really mind too much.

For the record the raise wasn't that big because the stacks at my table weren't that big. When that's the case I like the encourage the short stacks to gamble so they can hit top pair and give me their money. Or flop trips with J5o

Just hilarious how he didn't figure out at some point that Ahigh might not be good. I guess his pot odds were good?

This session was kind of up and down and I ended up in many sticky positions with QQ (it seriously seemed like everyone was 3betting me when I had QQ). Not having my stats definitely hurt me cause I couldn't see peoples 3bet% and stuff like that. Oh well, I think I played them ok.

Only was up about $75 on the session even with the donations, but I'll take profit anyday on the cash tables.

Went to Oceans today after class and playing 8/16 for only an hour. I had a sweet rush and won 300$ in that short time and left. That's all for now... meeting with HEM guy tomorrow to fix my HEM... hopefully he can figure it out.
